Theatre
Azziad Nasenya began her acting journey in high school through solo verse performances at the national drama festival. After joining the Hearts of Art Theatre Group in 2017, she performed in multiple stage plays and met her manager, Peter Kawa, who helped shape her career.

TikTok Queen  
Azziad Nasenya joined TikTok in August 2019, quickly gaining attention for her dance, lip-sync, and acting videos. Her account topped multiple challenges and was verified in February 2020, earning her the title East Africa's TikTok Queen. In April 2020, her viral dance video to Utawezana by Femi One and Mejja skyrocketed her fame, helping her build a massive following and establish herself as a TikTok sensation.

How she made her debut on Selina
Azziad is introduced to the Selina family as Erico’s best friend daughter Chichi. She comes to visit Erico and finds Nelson at the entrance to the house. Thinking he’s an intruder, she attacks him from behind, pins him down and bounds him. It’s only after Erico confirms that he’s harmless that she sets him free. Together they all plan to bring Messina down.

Television
Azziad Nasenya began her television career in 2020 after being cast in a lead female role, though production was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2024, Azziad returned to TV as Miss Kemi, a Mathematics teacher in Prefects, airing in Kenya and Uganda.

Concert Nyumbani  
Azziad Nasenya co-hosted Concert Nyumbani alongside Mwaniki Mageria. The television show was created to celebrate and honor heroes who played a vital role during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this program, Azziad showcased her hosting skills while contributing to a meaningful initiative that recognized frontline workers and community champions.

Radio
Azziad Nasenya began hosting the WhatsUp254 breakfast show on Sound City Kenya in April 2021. The weekday program airs from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., further showcasing her versatility as a media personality.

Ambassador
Azziad Nasenya became an Official Global Ambassador for the Save Our Future campaign in September 2020. In 2022, she was also appointed as the BIC ambassador for Miss Soleil, a women’s razor brand.

Award 
In 2021, Azziad Nasenya received international recognition when she was nominated for the E! People’s Choice Awards in the African Social Star category. The nomination highlighted her growing influence across digital platforms and her impact as one of Africa’s leading social media personalities.

Member of the Creatives Technical Committee
Azziad Nasenya was appointed in February 2023 as a member of the Creatives Technical Committee under the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Sports and Arts through a Government Gazette Notice. However, the appointment was later revoked by then Cabinet Secretary Ababu Namwamba. The formation of the Creatives Technical Committee had been challenged in court by High Court advocate Charles Mugane, resulting in its suspension by High Court Judge Lawrence Mugambi.
